How to make golden milk
Turmeric stick (1 inch)
1 cup of water
1 cup of coconut milk
A piece of ginger (1 inch)
Raw honey or stevia – this is optional
Half a teaspoon ghee – optional too
Crush the turmeric stick with mortar and pestle. Then crush the peppercorns.
Mix coconut milk with one cup of water then add the crushed turmeric, peppercorn and the piece of ginger and heat them up.
Simmer the mixture for 20 minutes, at the end the milk will reduce to one cup.
Now your golden milk is ready. Sieve it into a cup and drink.
